We are currently building a schedule around our four core class styles: Hot Yoga (Bikram style), Inferno Hot Pilates (The real deal developed by the founder Gabi Walters), Yoga Strength (Yoga with Weights), and Power Vinyasa.

The Hot Yoga (Bikram) class is a 60 or 90 minute beginner's yoga studio class that includes 26 asanas (postures) and two pranayamas (breathing exercises).
Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training and is performed in a room heated to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity.
Heated Yoga Strength is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights are used to add resistance and intensity.
Vinyasa is defined as “breath-synchronized movement”, so a Vinyasa yoga flow is primarily focused on keeping in motion with your breath
